Amidst the coronavirus outbreak, the news of a 15-year-old student has come to light who tested positive for the COVID-19.
Reportedly, the student from a private school, near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), wrote all his Secondary School Certificate, SSC papers at a BMC school centre in South Mumbai.
He was tested positive for Covid-19, on Monday which led to tracing of people who came in contact with the student was carried out by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). In the list, 36 students & 9 teachers have been named. All these possible contacts will now be tested for Covid-19.
The young one has reportedly got the infection from a ‘close contact’.
It is reported that, as many as 353 students were present at the centre from 9 schools in the area.
