Akshay Kumar is praising an Assamese Artist: Another stroke by the budding creator!

Assam’s budding artist Rahul Parik, with his unique creativity, grabs the national attention once again! The student of the KC Das Commerce College has crafted out a unique portrait of the Bollywood Mega Star Akshay Kumar using old phones.

On the occasion of the Filmfare Awards, held for the first time in Sarusajai, Assam, the artist showcased his portrait. The actor, amazed by his creativity, graced the portrait with his autograph.

Parik, who hails from Dhubri, shot to fame after he surprised his favourite Indian Cricketer, Virat Kohli, with his portrait made out of used old phones and electronic wastes!

Praising his creativity,  Kohli alongside his autograph, wrote on the portrait:

“Dear Rahul, this is an outstanding creation!! Well done. Best wishes”

The young artist first grabbed the attention of the nation with his portrait of the Assam’s chief minister, Sarbabanda Sonowal, made out of a computer motherboard. This unique art piece paved way for his entry to the Indian Book of Records last year.
