Meghalaya HC urges centre to ease citizenship for Nine non-muslim religions and Tribes!

At the time when Assam, Meghalaya , Nagaland, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, ,Tripura and Sikkim are unitedly fighting against the entry of all kinds of illegal immigrants, regardless their religion, High Court of Meghalaya urges to the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi to allow Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Budhist, Parsis, Christians, khakis, Jaintias and Garos who have come from  Pakistan,Bangladesh and Afghanistan to be given citizenship without any paper.

Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court has urged the centre to enact a law to allow all the  Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Budhist, Parsis, Christians, khakis, Jaintias and Garos who have come from  Pakistan,Bangladesh and Afghanistan to be given citizenship without any paper.

Justice Sen while disposing of a case pertaining domicile certificate has written the Prime Minister Modi to look sharp into it.However, reacting to this Lambok Marnagar, President of Khasi Student Organisation has said,

“The stand of Khasi Student Union is very clear. Illegal influx has always been a major problem, regardless and religion, caste or community. We strongly oppose this and we are going to show our protest regarding the same unitedly under the banner of North East Student organisation-NESU at New Delhi pithing this month.”
